Senior Regional Facilities Manager

Your New company:

Hays is partnered with a global owner operator who are rapidly growing and looking to add a Senior Regional Facilities Manager to their team.

Your new role:

This role partners with teams across asset oversight, property operations, finance, and purchasing to support execution of technical initiatives and enhance operational performance across a diverse portfolio. The position manages both external vendors and internal project resources to deliver capital improvements in alignment with broader investment strategies.

What you'll need to succeed:

8+ years in Construction/Project Management
5+ years of team leadership
Extensive experience with TI, CapEx projects & more
Solid financial acumen & analytical capabilities
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail and compliance
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Proficient with MRI, Nexus, Microsoft Programs & more

What you'll get in return:

Amazing benefits: the annual base for the role is $165k-$175k + 20%.
