Whatever your reason for joining us, know this, working with us makes a difference!Position Summary:Dishwasher / Prep Cooks will wash dishes and utensils, prepare ingredients for cooking, and ensure the kitchen is clean and well-stocked while following safety and quality standards.Duties include dishwashing, food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and adhering to health and safety regulations.This is a union position.Location: 740 East 7th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55106Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Tuesday or Wednesday shifts. Current shifts available may vary between 8am - 8pm. Frequent positioning is required to access both low and high shelving, equipment, and products. The job also entails the frequent movement of containers weighing up to 50 lbs. Dishwashers/ Prep Cooks constantly prepare and handle items and may occasionally ascend/descend a ladder to reach high shelving. Dishwashers/ Prep Cooks will utilize various equipment including but not limited to knives and mixers. This role requires exchanging accurate information in person. Additionally, Dishwashers/ Prep Cooks will occasionally work in a walk-in cooler and be exposed to sanitizer, cleaning products, and loud noises.
