Job Summary Candescent is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter based in Atlanta to support hiring across client operations and technical functions. This role requires a polished, mature presence and a strong commitment to inclusive hiring practices while delivering a high-touch, equitable candidate experience. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract, engage, and hire talent ranging from early career through executive level, serving as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced, values-driven FinTech environment. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for client operations, technical, and cross-functional roles across departments and geographies, with a strong focus on equity and candidate experience. Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and co-create inclusive sourcing and hiring strategies. Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through direct sourcing, community partnerships, and employee referral programs. Facilitate structured and inclusive interview processes that mitigate bias and promote fair, consistent evaluation. Provide market insights, talent trends, and data-driven recommendations to hiring teams and senior leadership. Collaborate with Talent Operations to ensure recruiting processes are efficient, compliant, and supported by accurate data. Support employer branding initiatives that authentically reflect Candescent’s values and commitment to inclusion. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business , or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring at senior and executive levels. 5+ years of experience recruiting for Technical roles. Demonstrated experience recruiting for client operations and technical roles. Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Proficiency with Workday and modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and empathetic approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and values-driven environment. Hybrid Atlanta Office. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
