Job Overview Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking a Level 3 Graphic Design to join our in‑house creative team and help bring our brand to life across a wide range of channels. This role is ideal for a versatile designer with experience creating everything from complex, information‑rich print materials to engaging motion graphics and short‑form video content. You'll thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume marketing environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering thoughtful, high‑quality creative work. Responsibilities Design engaging visual content for marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, email, video, and presentations Collaborate with creative directors, marketers, writers, and project managers to translate strategic goals into compelling designs Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from initial concept through final production Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced creative environment Maintain and evolve brand standards while ensuring visual consistency across all channels Prepare production‑ready files and support final production as needed Stay current with design, culture, technology, and emerging trends Leverage emerging creative technologies, including AI, to enhance creativity and streamline workflows Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design or related field 5-7 years of experience as a designer on an in‑house marketing team or at an agency A portfolio demonstrating exceptional modern design, including editorial design, print, static and animated paid media, and integrated marketing campaigns Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management tools such as Asana Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
