Position Details

• Location: Caldwell, ID
• Schedule: Full-time
• Start Date: August 2026
• Duration: Full 2026–2027 School Year

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in the classroom
• Assist the classroom teacher with instructional activities and lesson implementation
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with classroom organization and daily routines
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to support student success
• Maintain confidentiality and follow district policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree, paraprofessional certification, or previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with children and supporting their educational growth
• Ability to remain patient, flexible, and adaptable in a classroom setting
