TARCES Training and Development Specialist: Multiple Levels

Position Overview Torch Technologies is hiring a TARCES Training and Development Specialist to support Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES) programs. Responsibilities Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. Assess organizational training needs and identify skill gaps. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements. Develop training materials and support resources to ensure consistent learning outcomes. Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship. Active Secret clearance is required. Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or 7 years with an Associate degree, or 9 years with a High School diploma. Schedule & Location Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. Location: Onsite, PAX River, Maryland. Travel: 0–10%. Relocation assistance available. Salary Range $68,000 – $114,000 (range is a general guideline; actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, contract category, and other factors).
