Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will Do Work closely with program and partnering functions to ensure successful supplier management and execution in support of program needs and requirementsProvide Supply Chain support for RLPM (RTX Lifecycle Program Management)Create, manage, and execute Material Program Strategy (MPS) and the Material Program Plan (MPP) to enable successful execution of program competitiveness and performance, from the front end of the business through contract closureProvide status by preparing and presenting slides and files during team tag-ups, daily/weekly program meetings, and monthly program & customer reviewsParticipate in weekly supplier engagements to ensure required performance is metMaintain and assess the integrity of the MRP environment and the programs’ schedule within that environment while balancing supply and demand to allow for an executable scheduleOwn the supplier and finance management process (i.e., Risk/Opportunity, Line of Balance, Metrics, Material sales forecasts)Assist procurement with supplier Request for Proposals / Quotes (RFP’s / RFQ’s)Proactively address and complete urgent supply chain tasking (Purchase Requisitions integrity, Single/Sole Source Justifications, Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW), Purchase Order follow upProvide pertinent information to procurement in order to expedite ordering and receipt of parts to ensure continuous productionCommunicate program status, issues, and resolution plans across all major stakeholders, including Raytheon senior management, customers, and suppliersDomestic travel not more than 20%Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experienceMinimum 6 years’ experience in supply chain, finance, operations, project management, and/or program management role Minimum 5 years experience working with suppliersU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contractQualifications We PreferExperience in Material Forecasting, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Material Estimate at Complete (EAC), and/or Earned Value (EV)Experience managing supplier performance relative to financials, performance metrics, and/or contract complianceExperience in Supply Chain Planning tools (i.e. SAP, Power BI, Kinaxis RapidResponse)Experience using and creating pivot tables in Microsoft ExcelSupply chain experience in the Aerospace or Defense industryExperience with government regulations (i.e. FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, TINA, etc.)What We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
