If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Executive, Head of APPS & BPS Global Strategy Office and Profitability Growth Operations to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Role Overview The Executive- Head of Apps & BPS Global Strategy Office and Profitability Growth Operations is a pivotal position for advancing strategic goals and improving revenue growth and profitability for the Apps and BPS Global Practice. In this role, the leader is responsible for leading all strategic initiatives to drive strategic direction, planning and execution of the Global Strategy Office for the Apps & BPS Global Practice as well as drive the revenue and profitability growth with focused execution levers and programs by region to meet our fiscal year objectives. The executive will have consulting background to act as extended member of the business team to work with customer to drive transformation levers where needed. The leader will also drive operational efficiency on a daily basis and lead cost management initiatives.The Executive- Head of Apps & BPS Global Strategy Office and Profitability Growth Operations reports to the Executive Managing Director – Head of North America Region and Global Strategy Office and collaborates with stakeholders including regional practice leader and country COOs across diverse geographies to enable the Practice’s growth agenda.Job Responsibilities:In this role, the leader will be responsible for developing a coherent and forward-looking strategic imperative based on the executive leadership vision and in design, development and implementation of initiatives that drive these strategic imperatives and drive growth operations with tangible results. The leader will also drive profitable growth with operational and cost initiatives.The executive will drive as Phase 1 over $500M extension and expansion revenue growth and over $150M profitability growth for North America, Europe, MEA and APAC regions through practice ground game including driving staffing efficiencies, project expansion measures, scope management and CR management and delivery driven campaigns.The executive will be involved in identifying performance gaps of Delivery executives and managers, and of support functions to determine restructuring and transformation actions to achieve the growthThe executive will drive the program to create executable account plans, drive strategic and tactical imperatives by growth account and creative methods to ensure EBITDA achievements. The executive will bring business consulting and operations experience to drive difficult transformations given industry disruption due to AI and ensure risk management and change management.The executive will drive global practice Operational KPIs with Billability, Utilization, G&A and leads cost management initiatives globallyThe executive will reduce inefficiencies in workflows; recommends and implement improvements to optimize processManages and nurtures relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives and department heads to drive transformation as necessary.Performs work that is high value, high priority, and high impact with a focus on growth and capability building.Employs a solution-oriented mindset to solve critical business challengesLeads with integrity and authenticity. Key Qualifications:Key qualifications include:Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, business consulting, program management and operational management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully leading global teams and delivering complex programs.Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of business operations and understanding of IT and BPO services industry.Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.Business Results Focus: Strong client-facing and leadership-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions that drive business value with prior business consulting and large team leadership positions with global team.Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
