BCG Attorney Search
Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Associate for its Palo Alto, CA office. The role involves handling litigation management, legal research, and drafting for class action and single plaintiff cases, including issues such as wage violations, harassment, and wrongful termination. Duties Manage litigation and conduct legal research. Draft legal documents and agreements. Advise on employment-related matters and reductions in force. Handle class and collective action defenses. Provide day-to-day advice and counsel to clients. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and employment law. Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Experience with class actions and PAGA claims. Trial experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) Certifications Admitted to practice in California Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research and analytical skills.
