The YMCA in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a part-time Community Concierge to greet members, answer inquiries, and actively manage customer transactions, delivering a welcoming and responsive service experience to all visitors. You will support facility operations with leadership to ensure spaces are clean, restocked, and ready for program use; anticipate needs and provide exceptional customer care.
