As we continue to grow, we're looking for driven, detail-oriented people who want to build a career with a company that plays a real role in keeping Ohio's homes, hospitals, and businesses powered.About The RoleWe're hiring an experienced Project Manager to own the planning, coordination, and execution of standby power projects from the moment a sale closes through final commissioning. You'll be the central point of contact for customers, field technicians, vendors, and internal teams — making sure every generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) installation is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard.This is a great fit for someone who thrives on keeping complex, multi-stakeholder projects organized and moving — and who takes pride in seeing a project through from handshake to handoff. Hands-on knowledge of generator systems and electrical construction is a big plus, and NetSuite experience will help you hit the ground running, but we're glad to invest in the right person who brings strong industry knowledge and project management fundamentals.What You'll DoManage the full lifecycle of generator and transfer switch projects, from sale handoff through installation, startup, and closeoutBuild and maintain project schedules within NetSuite, budgets, and scopes of work, proactively spotting and resolving risks or delaysCoordinate with service department, subcontractors and vendors to keep field work properly staffed and sequencedServe as the go-to contact for customers, providing regular updates and ensuring a great experience start to finishReview electrical drawings, specifications, and permit requirements to confirm scope and complianceManage change orders, invoicing milestones, and closeout documentationSupport the sales team with technical input, scoping, and proposal development as neededWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in electrical construction, generator/standby power systems, or a related field with a background in inside sales, field electrical work, or as a generator technician strongly preferredA customer-first, solutions-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and specificationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at onceProficiency with NetSuite or a similar ERP/project management platform requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); familiarity with scheduling tools a plusValid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as neededWhy Join Our TeamBe part of an established, growing Ohio company with decades of industry reputation behind itWork on projects that keep hospitals, data centers, and essential businesses powered when it matters mostJoin a focused, specialized team — we do one thing, back-up power, and we do it wellOpportunities to grow your technical and project management skills, with training support along the wayReady to keep Ohio powered?
