Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively. Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the company. Participate in training and development programs to improve skills. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Engage in self-assessment to identify areas for personal growth. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery. Ability to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs consistently. Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Strong communication skills across various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Eagerness to participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
