Patient Coordinator – Ageless Men's HealthLocation: Cherry Hill, NJ Pay: $26 per hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard daytime hours (no nights or weekends). As the face of our clinic, you'll create exceptional experiences from the moment patients walk through the door to the time they leave. You'll own the front office by managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and building lasting relationships that keep patients engaged in their care. As our Patient Coordinator, you'll get to know patients by name, provide concierge-level service, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of our practice.What We Offer$26/hour, full-time, Monday–Friday scheduleNo nights, weekends, or on-call shiftsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO), paid parental leave, short-term disability, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and employee discountsSupportive, team-oriented environmentCareer growth opportunities within a national healthcare organizationYour ResponsibilitiesServe as the first and last point of contact for every patient visitGreet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointmentsAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer serviceVerify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient informationFollow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiativesBuild strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level serviceMaintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environmentSupport daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experienceQualifications1–3 years of experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, medical spa, or other healthcare setting requiredStrong customer service and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personalityOrganized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with insurance verification, scheduling, and medical administrative responsibilitiesComfortable using scheduling or EMR softwareExperience with lead follow-up or patient outreach is a plusPassion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and interest in men's health and wellnessAbout Ageless Men's Health Ageless Men's Health is the national leader in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and men's wellness.
