Sr Service Manager

Location Job Location: 12 - Southway Shopping Center - Houston, TX 77036 Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager with tasks such as managing the sales floor, keeping up visual standards, performing opening and closing routines including store and registers, handling deposits and shipments. Assist in developing associates at all levels and building a team that works well together based on store needs. Follow and execute daily direction and goals for the shift, incorporating Loss Prevention and Safety messages into operations. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of management experience in retail or non‑retail; retail experience a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude. Ability to train, direct others, and develop associates at all levels. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret floor plans, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to perform cash register functions and adjust priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability for a full‑time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to move, handle, and lift store merchandise. Style sense with a love of fashion.
