Location: Goshen, NY office, with regular travel to client locations throughout the Hudson Valley

Position: Full time, in person

Niche & Needle Marketing is looking for a creative, organized Marketing Coordinator to help plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns for local businesses while supporting our own marketing initiatives.

You will work directly with the owner/staff and coordinate with our editors and designers across social media, video production, email marketing, paid advertising, and website projects. Content creation is a core part of the role, alongside keeping projects organized, communicating with clients, and turning marketing strategy into completed work.

What You’ll Do

• Plan content ideas, video concepts, shot lists, and visual direction that reflect each client’s brand and goals.
• Coordinate shoots and travel throughout the Hudson Valley to film content at client locations.
• Organize footage and prepare clear project briefs for editors and designers.
• Manage editor and designer assignments, deadlines, feedback, and revisions to deliver projects that support the marketing strategy.
• Communicate with clients to collect information, schedule shoots, coordinate approvals, and keep projects moving.
• Maintain content calendars and oversee scheduling and publication, checking that content is accurate, approved, and consistent with the client’s brand.
• Help coordinate email campaigns, advertising creative, and website updates under the owner’s direction.
• Review content and campaign results with the owner and suggest improvements.
• Research relevant trends and bring fresh ideas to client campaigns.
• Keep Monday.com, shared files, and project schedules organized and current.
• Build and maintain a library of footage, photos, and completed creative assets.
• Support all Niche & Needle marketing initiatives, including social media, email, advertising, website projects, and promotional activities.
• Occasionally attend networking events, client events, and shoots outside regular business hours.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience creating social media content, with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
• A strong eye for visuals, storytelling, and engaging content.
• Comfort filming with a smartphone or camera, including basic lighting and audio.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with clients and helping people feel comfortable on camera.
• Ability to coordinate editors and designers, provide constructive feedback, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Initiative to anticipate next steps, flag potential delays, and follow projects through to completion.
• Willingness to learn new tools and use AI thoughtfully to support planning and organization.
• Reliable transportation and availability for regular travel throughout the Hudson Valley.

Experience with email marketing, paid advertising, website platforms, or project management tools such as Monday.com is helpful but not required.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Your work, creativity, reliability, and willingness to learn are important considerations.

About the Role

This position combines work at our Goshen office, client shoots throughout the Hudson Valley, and collaborative planning sessions. You will work alongside dedicated editors and designers, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as Niche & Needle grows.

• Compensation: $25 per hour, with overtime paid as applicable
