We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions, orders, and product information
- Provide updates on order status and delivery timelines
- Enter and maintain customer orders accurately
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed on time
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
