Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00AM - 5:00PM
• 2nd Shift: 5:00PM - 3:30AM

What You'll Do (Hands-On, Skilled Work) as a Press Brake Operator:

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to produce precision metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with confidence
• Perform detailed inspections using calipers, gauges, and measuring tools
• Adjust machinery to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistent quality
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly
• Work with digital systems to access drawings and track jobs
• Safely handle materials during bending and forming processes
• Contribute to a team-focused environment and hit production goals

What Makes You a Strong Fit for the Press Brake Operator position:

• 2+ years of machine operation experience in manufacturing
• Comfortable reading blueprints and working from technical specs
• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
• Experience with press brake or CNC equipment ( preferred, not required )
• Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting ability
• Reliable, dependable, and ready to work a full shift on your feet
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
