Responsibilities:

Craft delicious food that connects guests to our signature brewhouse experience
Set up cook stations
Prepare food items by following gold standard recipes, portion, and presentation specifications
Restock, clean, and maintain cook station items throughout the shift
Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas

Requirements:

Thrive working in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
Work your way around the kitchen and have safe knife handling skills
Have a food handler permit
Be 18 years of age or over
