Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianJoin a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems as a Maintenance Technician. We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills, electrical troubleshooting experience, and a background in heavy manufacturing environments.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipmentPerform preventative maintenance inspections and scheduled repairsDiagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtimeComplete work orders, maintenance records, and documentation accuratelyRepair and replace piping, fittings, pumps, compressors, and related equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsUse machine tools and welding equipment for repairs and fabrication as neededMaintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized conditionSupport parts ordering and inventory managementAssist with facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and paintingWork with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to resolve equipment issuesQualifications4+ years of industrial maintenance experience (heavy manufacturing preferred)Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsExperience with electrical systems, including 480V equipmentKnowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, compressors, and industrial machineryAbility to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematicsExperience with preventative maintenance programs and work order systemsWelding and crane operation experience preferredCNC machine experience is a plusForklift experience preferred (training provided)What We're Looking ForStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to safety and qualityHands-on experience keeping industrial equipment running reliablyNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.Nesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
