BI Developer

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a BI Developer for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Lehi, UT. This is a hybrid role. This is also open to San Jose, CA. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flows Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions Scope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely manner nalyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-making Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, analytics, and engineering teams Document processes, data models, and reporting standards Required Skills: Power BI Tableau SQL Server / T-SQL Data Modeling ETL Development Databricks Python Data Warehousing Dashboard & Report Development Data Visualization Performance Optimization Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted.
