In this role, you will conduct routine mobile and foot patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.31 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response support as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing location, production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior grounds to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, and/or operational issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support site policies related to visitor processing, vehicle checks, and incident reporting while maintaining awareness of industrial equipment, delivery traffic, and other location-specific conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
