Senior Change Management Lead

Our client,is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to join their team. As a Senior Change Management Lead, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team supporting complex transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing change, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Change Management Lead Location: Schaumburg, Illinois Pay Range: $78/hr - $81/hr What's the Job? Lead and execute change management strategies within large-scale insurance or technology transformation projects. Identify key stakeholders, analyze change impact, and develop engagement and readiness plans. Adapt enterprise-wide change approaches to regional audiences and specific business contexts. Establish sustainable change practices, artifacts, and governance frameworks for client ownership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems. What's Needed? Proven experience in OCMS leadership within complex insurance or technology transformations. Strong stakeholder identification, impact analysis, and engagement planning skills. Ability to tailor change management approaches to regional and business-specific needs. Experience establishing change practices, artifacts, and governance structures.
