Commercial & Industrial Property Appraiser
Adams County, Colorado
Adams County Government is seeking a skilled appraiser to perform a variety of complex appraisal duties for commercial and industrial properties. This role requires travel throughout the county to conduct necessary appraisals and interact with property owners. Successful candidates will have two to three years of experience as real estate appraisers, a High School Diploma or GED, and must possess or be able to obtain a valid Colorado Driver's License.
