Join Scripps Health as our Senior Director of Imaging Ambulatory Services where you will work with a knowledgeable imaging team and partner with experienced operational leaders in healthcare. As a senior leader, you will have the opportunity to participate in work that impacts the entire healthcare system.
In this key role, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple patient care units and departments, driving excellence in financial and operational performance, service quality, and communication.
You will collaborate closely with management teams to develop and implement strategic plans, foster business unit growth, and enhance the productivity of both physicians and support staff. With a focus on leadership, you will guide managers, supervisors, and teams to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional patient outcomes, and outstanding customer service at every level. Bring your understanding of imaging from perspectives other than from a radiology point of view, and expertise in the nuances of how cardiac imaging and other specialties interact with our imaging team.
