With a global presence and a strong ethical framework, KBR ensures secure, effective, and mission-ready capabilities worldwide.**Job Summary****Roles and Responsibilities**· Develop comprehensive technical documentation including system specifications, interface control documents, and design descriptions· Manage requirements and ensure traceability across the system lifecycle· Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate system requirements· Support configuration management and change control processes· Analyze system capabilities and collective system of systems integration capabilities· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines· Support system integration activities and verification/validation efforts· Participate in technical reviews, design reviews, and program milestones· Support lethality, survivability, and operational effectiveness studies.· Collaborate with systems engineering, test, software, and platform integration teams to ensure simulation tools accurately reflect weapon capabilities and interfaces.· Prepare technical reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership, stakeholders, and review boards.**Basic Qualifications**· 10+ years of related technical experience· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science· Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearance**Preferred Qualifications**· Strong foundation in modeling & simulation, physics, aerospace engineering, or related discipline.· Experience with ARSGM systems, guidance/navigation/control (GNC), or weapon performance modeling preferred.· Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate technical findings clearly.· Familiarity with DoD acquisition, test processes, and VV&A standards is a plus.**KBR Benefits**KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
