Home Improvement Sales Representative

Full-Time | Field Sales | Entry-Level & Experienced Candidates Welcome

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and personable Home Improvement Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team.

This is a field-based, face-to-face sales position where you will work directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods. You’ll introduce customers to our window and door products, identify their needs, present solutions, and guide them through the buying process.

Responsibilities

• Meet and engage with homeowners in assigned local neighborhoods
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through direct, in-person outreach
• Present window and door products and educate customers on available options
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Conduct professional sales presentations
• Overcome objections and negotiate sales terms
• Close sales and accurately process customer orders
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process
• Build positive, long-term customer relationships
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally
• Track leads, appointments, sales activity, and results using CRM software

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Previous sales, customer service, or home improvement experience is a plus
• CRM experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Sales experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
