Owns a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and complex business clients, with direct accountability for deposit growth, loan production, fee income, and full relationship capture.Operates as a trusted advisor while confidently managing demanding clients and high stakes situations.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesPortfolio and Client Growth and Retention Own and grow a portfolio of high net worth and commercial clientsServe as primary advisor and escalation point for complex, high demand relationshipsDeliver high touch service under pressure, resolving issues decisivelyProduction Generate new net deposits growth annuallyOriginate commercial, small business, and consumer loansDevelop new sources of fee income to include Treasury Management, Credit Card services, and other banking servicesDrive full wallet capture across deposits, credit, and fee-based servicesBusiness Development Proactively source new relationships through centers of influence, referrals, and community presenceTarget clients with meaningful deposit and borrowing capacityConvert opportunities into primary banking relationshipsCredit and Risk Execution Structure and deliver sound, profitable credit solutionsBalance client expectations with disciplined risk managementPartner cross functionally to execute complex dealsRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.Performance Metrics: Net deposit growthLoan production volume and qualityFee IncomeNew client acquisitionClient retentionExpectation: This role is designed for a top tier banker who can win, grow, and protect high value relationships.About YouMinimum QualificationsEducation and Experience:Seven to ten years of similar or related experience in relationship or commercial bankingKnowledge, Skill, Ability (Other Skills): The ability to motivate or influence internal or external senior level professionals is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust.Obtaining cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequently complex, senior level dialogues, as well as a professional level of written communication skills are essential to the position.Demonstrated success in deposit acquisition, loan origination, fee generation, and managing complex/difficult clientsStrong credit acumen and deal structuring capabilityExecutive presence with ability to engage business owners and affluent clientsProven producerPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
