Payment Processing Associate

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Payment Processing Associate will provide administrative support, review payments, and perform data entry tasks while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure accuracy and completeness of data and assigned work Process payments and perform data entry from source documents Research and resolve problematic payments while maintaining strict deadlines Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience with Microsoft Excel and Ten Key Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
