Great Conway Clinic in search of a Receptionist who will meet/greet Patients, Schedule appointments, Check-in Patients, Verify Insurance, and Collect Co-pays in a busy clinic environment.
Must have Great References, Stable Work History, Pass Drug Screen & Background Check!
Direct Hire Position! Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm!
Qualifications
- Medical administrative support
- Medical office experience
- Computer skills
- Patient service
- Front desk experience
- Knowledge of medical records management
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties
- Proficiency in using EMR systems
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with medical terminology
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
