RN Wound Care Lead

RN Wound Care Lead Responsibilities Conduct complex wound assessments and develop evidence-based care plans. Lead pressure injury prevention initiatives and serve as the primary clinical resource for wound and ostomy care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team through rounding and provide education to staff, patients, and families. Support quality improvement projects and promote compassionate, culturally responsive care. Qualifications & Skills Experience in wound and skin integrity care. Strong leadership and clinical expertise in wound management. Excellent communication and educational skills.
