This role provides expert assessment, treatment, and follow-up for complex wounds, leads pressure injury prevention initiatives, and serves as a resource across units. The RN Wound Care Lead educates and mentors staff, standardizes evidence-based protocols, and drives quality and safety outcomes while championing compassionate, culturally responsive, and equitable care in our mission-driven, collaborative environment.
