Analyst II

This position is eligible to telework up to one (1) day a week, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy, and will be required to report to the office as needed/required. Under the direction of the Supervisor II, in the DGS University, within the Office of Training and Administrative Standards (OTAS), the Analyst II supports training for DGS employees by developing training plans, coordinating the delivery of external training services, contributing to new course curriculum, delivering training, and utilizing learning management system (LMS) software to plan, deliver, and track DGS training initiatives.

This position is Limited Term (12 months); it may become permanent, be extended up to 24 months, or be cancelled at any time.

This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment. The Department of General Services does not participate in E-Verify for employment authorization purposes.
