The Dominguez Firm—one of California’s most successful and recognized personal injury law firms—is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Case Manager to join our fast-paced team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping injured workers navigate the claims process, working closely with attorneys to ensure clients receive the care and benefits they deserve.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of 150–200 active Workers’ Compensation files from intake through settlement
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and defense counsel
- Coordinate medical appointments and obtain necessary records
- Review medical reports and ensure clients receive all entitled benefits
- Prepare case files for hearings, depositions, and trials
- Maintain detailed case notes and provide consistent client updates
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Workers’ Compensation case management experience in a law firm
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
