Sales Customer Care Representative

Location: Onsite, Massillon, OH, 44646 Pay: $22/hour Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00AM- 5:00PM Length: 3- month contract Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred
• 12 years of customer service, order processing, or administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing, food production, or distribution
• Experience with ERP or order management systems required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience highly preferred

What You'll Do:

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, pricing, shipping, invoicing, and order status.
• Accurately enter and process customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including manual entries and EDI transactions.
• Review orders and invoices for accuracy before shipment or billing, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
• Address order-related issues or complaints by coordinating with the appropriate internal departments and ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage customer account transactions such as credits, deductions, and short payments within required timeframes.
• Maintain current pricing in Dynamics aligned with sales-approved information, including manual seasonal pricing.
• Issue order confirmations and keep all stakeholders informed of any changes or updates.
• Support administrative functions like sample requests, check processing, customer portal access, and report preparation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, transportation, finance, and operations teams to meet customer needs efficiently.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service, order processing, or administrative experience, ideally in manufacturing, food production, or distribution.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems; expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Reliable, organized, and familiar with following documented procedures.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with EDI transactions.
• Knowledge of transportation claims and account transaction management.
• Previous experience in food production or distribution industries.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service or order processing experience.

• Onsite work at our Massillon location.
• Ability to pass onsite interview.
