Team members must be able to safely perform the following tasks:On your feet: 15% to 33% of the timePhysical activities (10% to 33%):Bend/stoop/squat/kneel (e.g., filing, accessing supplies, picking up materials)Climb stairs occasionally to access upper-floor units or leasing toursPush/pull, stand, and walk (e.g., tours, inspections, resident interaction)Reach above shoulders (e.g., storing supplies, using office equipment)Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., typing, writing, phone use)Lifting/Carrying:Over 25 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%)10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 10%)Under 10 lbs: Frequent need (10% to 33%)Salary Description $20-$23 an hour
