What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a high-energy team Own restaurant performance (sales, labor, food cost, and profitability) Drive food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence Ensure every guest leaves impressed Execute and maintain secret shopper + brand standards Build a culture of accountability, energy, and ownership What We’re Looking For 2+ years of restaurant or fast-casual management experience Proven leadership and team-building skills Strong focus on food safety & customer experience Hands-on leader (not afraid to jump on the grill, fry, or register) Very little admin here. 90% of your time will be spent in the kitchen. High standards, high energy, and results-driven mindset ServSafe Certification preferred Compensation & Benefits Bonus potential is 1/2 of your salary broken out quarterly.
