Key Account Executive- NY Metro Territory (Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island)

Labcorp seeks a field-based Key Account Executive to manage and grow assigned accounts in the Metro NY territory (Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island). The role involves client education, account management, service delivery, and sales target achievement for laboratory diagnostic services.
Responsibilities
- Educate and upsell assigned and newly generated accounts within territory
- Manage day-to-day account operations and serve as client liaison to operations team
- Provide ongoing customer service, problem resolution, and educational materials
- Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals
- Collaborate with senior sales representatives to expand business portfolio
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years outside sales or account management experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish capability preferred
- Healthcare industry experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base, plus bonus and commission eligibility
