Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds – 4 operating rooms · Number of Staff – 16 · Type of staff: o Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 4 RN, 3 Star RN, 4 OR Techs and 4 Surgical Assistants) o Evening Shift-Looking for coverage across the evening hours from 5pm, 7pm and 9pm. o Night Shift – call only · Patient Ratios – 1:1 · Type of equipment – Specialty OR beds (Hanna, Jackson), positioning, electrosurgical Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · RN’s who can Circulate as well as scrub and/or assist. · RN’s with ACLS and PALS · SA’s ho can assist, as well as, scrub and/or have Central Sterile knowledge. · OR Techs who can scrub, as well as, assist and/or have Central Sterile knowledge List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · General, Orthopedic, Neuro, ENT, primarily Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. · Scrub Color - Cornflower blue, no outside scrubs. Hair cover, mask and eye protection. · No jewelry for scrubbed personnel and fingernails clean, short and well manicured at all times.
