We are one of the fastest growing independent DFPI licensed escrow companies in San Diego, with an opportunity for an escrow officer. You will have your own desk and will close on average 15 deals per month. You do not need to have a book of business, as we have a full staff of sales reps that provide the transactions for the entire team. On average, we close 50+ escrow per month.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience as an escrow officer or Junior Escrow Officer.
Ability to get approved with the DFPI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with Qualia escrow software is a bonus.
Benefits:
We offer a base salary of $80,000, plus monthly bonuses based on gross escrow fees totaling on averaging $3,500 per month making this potentially a $122,000 per year job for the right person. This job is perfect for an experienced escrow officer or a Junior Escrow Officer looking to make the jump to Escrow Officer.
