Locums Urgent Care Physician Assistant in Connecticut - Full Scope Urgent Care, Multi-Site Coverage

Enjoy variety in your schedule while practicing full-scope urgent care across multiple outpatient clinics. This assignment offers hands-on procedures, all-ages patient care, and flexible coverage throughout several Connecticut counties.

• Full-scope urgent care with onsite diagnostics
• Adult and pediatric patient population
• Daytime 12-hour shifts

Practice & Cases

• Outpatient urgent care clinics
• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages, including pediatrics
• Perform X-rays, EKGs, blood draws, suturing, wound care, and incision and drainage
• Broad mix of adult and pediatric urgent care presentations

Schedule

• 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. day shifts
• Coverage beginning in the fall
• Weekend availability preferred, with weekday opportunities also available
• No call responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be a Physician Assistant
• Active Connecticut license required
• BLS and DEA required
• Name clear required before presentation

Logistics

• Lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursement provided
• Airfare is not provided; local or regional providers preferred
