Outside Sales Representative $125,000Salary

Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, freight, trucking, or industrial services
- Proven ability to generate new business and build a customer pipeline
- Experience with cold calling, prospecting, networking, and in-person client visits
- Strong understanding of freight, transportation services, and customer shipping needs
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with shippers, manufacturers, contractors, and commercial accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage territory growth
- Experience using CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer activity
- Ability to meet sales goals, revenue targets, and performance metrics
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally for customer meetings and business development
Shifts:
- Monday-Friday
- 8am-5pm
- Occasional Travel
- Direct Hire
