Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, Inc. is now seeking a Workforce Engagement Manager for our Grantsville, UT location!

This is an on-site role, where you’ll have the strong advantage of personal interaction amongst Team Members and Our Client.

SCHEDULE:

• Schedule - Mon-Fri Shift hours: 7:00AM-3:30PM or 8:00AM-4:30PM
• Please Note: There will be times when hours vary, depending upon client needs and production levels. Weekend and after-hours availability is essential to this role.

Workforce Engagement Manager DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily operations of a large Distribution center
• Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
• Perform employee check-ins at the start of 1st shift. Track any attendance occurrences such as callouts and tardiness
• Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
• Coordinate training and development for employees
• Address and report safety concerns/injuries in a timely manner
• Ensure safety, production, and compliance across the worksite
• Answer inquiries from clients and employees
• Mediate on-site conflicts
• Assist in payroll processing for a large number of employees
• Perform frequent and thorough walk-throughs of the entire facility to ensure production needs are being met
• Recruiting and staffing open positions as needed, complete full onboarding of associates

Workforce Engagement Manager QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong public speaking skills
• Team-player attitude with a focus on collaboration
• Forklift experience required
• Flexibility with schedule
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to stand & walk for long periods of time
• Bilingual (English & Spanish – read, write, speak) a plus
