Inside Sales Representative

Join Quill, a valuable part of the Staples family of brands, as an Inside Sales Representative focused on reactivating and growing existing customers . You'll work 100% company-provided customer contacts , engaging customers who already have a relationship with Quill but haven't ordered recently. Your role is to reconnect, drive new orders, and expand revenue within enterprise accounts . This is a strong opportunity for:

What you'll be doing:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to inactive customers (7+ months)
• Re-engage and convert non-ordering locations within existing accounts
• Prospect additional locations tied to enterprise customers
• Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Negotiate pricing and generate quotes
• Use customer data to identify upsell opportunities
• Meet or exceed monthly activity and sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal sales teams

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of sales or related customer-facing experience OR recent college graduate with interest in sales
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily
• Ability to work 4 days onsite in Lincolnshire, IL
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years B2B sales or B2B service experience
• Experience meeting sales or productivity goals (metrics / KPIs)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
• Ability to work onsite at our Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week

Note : This position is a minimum of 4 days in the office at our Lincolnshire, IL location with flexibility for remote work on Fridays. $22.75/hour - $27.00/hour, plus incentive opportunity The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
