In this role, you will perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance while adhering to safety standards and building codes. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in accordance with project specifications and safety protocols
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute precise installations and repairs
• Conduct inspections of HVAC equipment to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during installation and maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure HVAC work aligns with overall project timelines and quality standards
• Assist with the integration of building materials such as ductwork, piping, electrical components, and insulation for comprehensive system functionality
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures on-site, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with OSHA regulations

Experience

• Proven experience working in HVAC service, installation, or repair within a construction environment
• Strong knowledge of building construction practices, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, trim carpentry, masonry, flooring installation, plastering, caulking, stucco, hardscape work, cabinet installation, remodeling, and masonry work
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans specific to HVAC systems
• Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment and power tools used in construction projects
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and construction sites
• Prior involvement in construction projects is highly desirable
• Additional skills such as Bluebeam software proficiency, construction estimating or inspection experience are advantageous but not required
