Client Services Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Client Services Manager for a growing media and publishing organization in Greenville, SC. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between clients, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure advertising campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule across print, digital, and newsletter platforms. Responsibilities include:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, advertisers, and internal teams throughout the advertising process.

Manage the production and workflow of print, digital, and newsletter advertising campaigns from start to finish.

Coordinate ad materials, client approvals, and campaign schedules to ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain accurate records, schedules, and tracking within the CRM system.

Collaborate with sales teams to manage inventory, advertising orders, and publication schedules.

Oversee branded content projects, including coordinating writers, collecting materials, and managing client approvals.

Review publication proofs and confirm ad placements are accurate before publication.

Support legal notice production, billing processes, and other operational tasks as needed.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of client service, account management, project coordination, or advertising operations experience.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Newspaper Manager, or similar).

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive) and Microsoft Office.

Experience with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat preferred.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
