Part‑Time Sales Lead – Santa Anita, Arcadia, CA Fabletics is currently seeking a Part‑Time Sales Lead to manage and lead the store at Santa Anita, Arcadia, CA. What makes this job FAB? Key Responsibilities • The position reports to the Store Manager. • Embody our culture and values, providing insights to customers on how to live their passion. • Actively engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function. • Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects. • Provide training and feedback on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations. • Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed performance goals. • Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer experience. • Maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey. • Provide feedback to continuously improve the business. • Strive for excellence meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality. • Serve as a resource for product knowledge. • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. • Maintain safety and security standards, identify and communicate potential issues. • Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs. Qualifications & Skills • Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior management experience is a plus. • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the store. • Ability to work with large teams. • Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to take initiative. • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. • Self‑motivated, good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others. • Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. • Flexibility in work hours; open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays. • Able to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, moving, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. • Applicants must be 18 years or older. Availability Flexible schedule with possible evenings, weekends, and holidays; onsite work required.
