Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Distribution

Location: Roseville, MN Shift: 2nd Shift | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM Pay Rate: $22.00/hour Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our shipping and distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, processing, and shipping customer orders while ensuring products are stored properly and warehouse operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure products are accurately stored and organized within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures.
• Label, meter, and process packages using various freight and shipping systems.
• Process and track orders using the ERP system.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with daily preparations for upcoming shipping activities.
• Support divisional initiatives related to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Regulatory and compliance requirements
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment for an 8-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and shipping processes.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Work Environment & Dress Code

Required

• Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times.
• Long pants must be worn at all times.

Not Permitted

• Shorts
• Tank tops or cut-off shirts
• Hats of any kind
• Sunglasses on the distribution center floor
• Clothing displaying offensive words, slogans, pictures, or images
• Pants worn below the waist exposing undergarments

Hooded sweatshirts are permitted; however, hoods must remain down while working.
