Entry Level IT Support Technician

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Entry Level IT Support Technician will manage data management tasks, including maintaining complex databases, assisting in planning and engineering, and developing SQL queries while working remotely. Key responsibilities Maintain and implement complex databases under the guidance of a lead, monitoring performance, scalability, and security Design and develop SQL queries and reports to retrieve required data Collaborate within a team-oriented, agile environment to support database administration and integration requirements Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred Basic proficiency with computers, software applications, and common business systems Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and Jira Prior experience in database management or related functional areas is desirable Clear communication skills for customer-facing interactions
