Schedule: PCAs will work on all student days during the school calendar year: 8am - 3pm Location: Engle Education Center: 107 School House Road, West Grove, PA 19390 The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position is a field employee position providing one-to-one and small group emotional support and behavioral interventions to children/adolescents in a school setting. We specialize in serving children primarily diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as other special needs diagnoses. Implement timely interventions focusing on behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and enhancing peer interaction skills, according to the goals outlined in the IEP or positive behavioral support plan set by Special Education team. Gather daily data and maintain progress notes in the designated format for each session with the child or adolescent. Offer direct assistance to students to fulfill their academic, social, emotional, and/or personal care requirements. CCRES
