What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with special needs in a traditional school-based setting

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one and classroom support to students with special needs
• Assist students with daily activities, personal care needs, and mobility as required
• Support academic engagement, behavioral goals, and social-emotional development
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement student support plans
• Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
